Triple Distilled; alcohol obtained from 100% Aeean Region grapes which have been distilled three times . In each distillation the best part of the distilled alcohol, which is called “Göbek” in Turkish meaning "belly", is kept and redistilled for the perfect purity and smoothness of alcohol. During the distillation of suma with aniseed, the first and the last part of the distilled product is discarded; only remaining superior quality batch obtained from the middle part is kept. No extra alcohol or sugar added.
