The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy tannins, fine acidity and quite spicy red berry fruit mixed with white pepper towards the finish. Great potential here.
Notes of Meyer lemons and ripe mangoes with hints of honeysuckle, turmeric and beeswax. Medium- to full-bodied, compact and vivid with some salty character and a juicy, fruity finish.
Bijkans on-portugees fris. Slank, deftige tannines, heldere zuren. Alles beheerst en fijngevoelig, met in de afdronk toch een wat eigenzinnige weerbarstigheid dat douro-rood zo eigen maakt.
