Strakdroge wijn met een delicate mousse en verfijnde geur van appel, grapefruit, limoen en brioche. Levendig fris in de smaak, met goede spanning en rijp citrusfruit. De finale is mooi zuiver en opwekkend.

Neus: Honing, vanille en een licht rokerige toets. Smaak: Direct wat kruidiger, daarna zoet fruit en vanille, heel complex en weer een lichte hint van rook. Afdronk: Lang en verwarmend met een verfrissend vleugje munt.
